World-class living in Wynyard Quarter
30 Madden is our third award-winning residential offering within the exciting new Wynyard Quarter. Completed in two stages, this exciting new development comprises 150 residences, private parking facilities, and ground-floor retail and hospitality spaces, and is targeting a Homestar 7 rating for sustainability and energy efficiency. The project is a collaboration between Willis Bond, Studio Pacific Architecture, and construction partner LT McGuinness, and it won an Excellence Award at the 2022 NZ Property Industry Awards.
Willis Bond was selected as the project developer for the 30 Madden site by Eke Panuku Development Auckland, following an international design and tender process. We have previously delivered the award-winning Wynyard Central and 132 Halsey residential projects within the precinct in partnership with Eke Panuku Development Auckland.

Final retail spaces now leasing
A limited number of high-quality retail spaces are now available for lease within the development.
Stage 1 includes five retail spaces that front onto Daldy Street. Two tenancies measuring 64sqm and 96sqm are available for lease and are suitable for a variety of retail uses.
Stage 2 includes a further four available retail tenancies that front onto Beaumont Street. Tenancies range between 813sqm - 167sqm and are suitable for marine retail uses.
